Enjoy this newly built, modern, stylish, self self catering, self contained chalet set in the woods just above Echoland, in the beautiful village of Hakuba, Nagano….home to the premier events of the 1998 Winter Olympics.
For the Winter Season, with the excitement of having the snow at your doorstep every morning, or for the cool refreshing Green Season, Landscape Villa has everything you’ll need for great snow holiday or summer retreat for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms at a very affordable price. It is great for a family with kids, or a group of friends.

The entry way with a ski storage and a drying room area, opens into a lobby area, and a hallway off to the 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub + standing shower space, and the other with a shower room) with a vanity area, toilet and the 3 bedrooms each with a generous closet space.
All three spacious double bedrooms can be set as two singles or pushed together to make a queen bed, which accommodates 2 guests in each room.
Heading upstairs is a the large spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a Japanese tatami room at the end that can be closed up with a sliding door to make the 4th bedroom with comfortable futons to accommodate 2 more guests.
(We can add two more futons in the Japanese tatami room, and one more in one of the bedrooms to accommodate upto 11 guests at maximum. Please inquire.)
The kitchen has modern appliances with an IH stove top, grill, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and all the kitchen utensils you will need.
The property is beautifully furnished with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
There is underfloor heating in every room for your comfortably cozy stay even on the coldest nights, and air-condioners in all the rooms for a nice cool relaxing stay on the hot summer days too.
Landscape Villa has a large flat screen Android TV for you to enjoy different TV services, such as YouTube, Netflix, and amazon TV with your own account.
The entire property has high speed broadband WiFi, perfect for staying connected with your own laptop or smartphone.
It is about a 10 minute walk down to Echoland’s shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightlife…and the free snow shuttle to the slopes (one right around the corner from the property), departing from the nearby bus stops for all the major ski resorts: Happo-one, Iwatake, Hakuba47 and Goryu.

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 3 nights (December-March), 2 nights (April-November)
- Rate for up to 8 ppl. (children and infants included)
Extra futons can be arranged to sleep up to 11 ppl.
(¥5,500 Yen for 1 extra futon per night including linen/towel set – can be booked as an add-on with the property)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- Payment method:
For bookings from December to March, payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire, or by PayPal.
From April to November, payments can be made by credit card only. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that teh booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
