This is Hakuba Nishiki’s standard, Umakuchi (delicious) regular sake, which has been widely enjoyed by many people along with the history of Hakuba Nishiki.Made with 100% Shinano-Omachi rice and water from rice grown under contract with local farmers, this delicious sake, like melted snow from the Northern Alps, is neither sweet nor dry, easy to drink, but has flavor. It has a calm and coherent flavor that makes you keep drinking it without even realizing it.

This sake was born from the voice of a customer who said, “I want a dry Hakuba-Nishiki!
This super dry sake, which is rare for Hakubanishiki, is made with 100% Shinano-Omachi rice and water, using rice grown under contract with local farmers. Due to the characteristics of the ingredients, Hakuba-Nishiki specializes in umami (delicious) sakes, and this “super-karakuchi” sake has a clean dry taste with a strong umami spread of rice flavor. The aftertaste, however, is smooth and clean, and is the kind of “dry” sake that only Hakuba-Nishiki can produce.
It can be served chilled or warmed.

Sweets & Coffee
The financers are from our staff’s favorite pastry store in Hakuba. They always have a selection of delicious cakes and confctioneries at their store but these financers are their latest product carefully baked with rice flour and cane sugar. The Maccha (green tea) version was specially made from our staff’s request.

The factory for this water brand is located in Omachi-city, which is right next to Hakuba, and uses the natural water in this area that has been refined in the mountains of the Northern Alps.
It contains just the right amount of minerals, has no unpleasant taste, and offers a refreshing drinking experience.
