Please select “Rental Properties” from the menu. On this page, you can search for the best property from rate, number of guests, and location. However we are very happy to assist you directly, so please feel free to contact us anytime with what you are looking for.

How do I pay for my stay?2023-07-20T16:38:38+09:00

We ask our guests to make payments with the following payment schedule and method.

【For winter bookings(Dec 1st – Mar 31st)】
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer in your local currency (the currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire, or by PayPal.
Payment Schedule:
50% of the total amount is due at time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior tp the arrival date.

【For green season bookings(April 1st – Nov 30th)】
Payment can be made by credit card only.
Payment Schedule:
Please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)

What is the cancellation policy?2023-07-20T00:16:49+09:00

From December to March,
100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that teh booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.

From April to November,
for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.

What happens if I accidently make a damage to the property during my stay?2023-07-20T00:38:32+09:00

We ask our guests to cover the cost any damage made to the property during the stay.
At check-in, please note that you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form and provide your credit card information.
Please make sure to report the damage to us.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?2023-09-14T18:07:19+09:00

During the winter season(Dec 1st – March 31st)the minimum number of nights to stay at our properties is 3 nights, and during the green season (April 1st – Nov 30th), it is 2 nights.
*except from Casa Verde: the minimum number of nights is 3 nights during the winter season, and 3 nights during the green season.

Can I have additional guests to stay at the house?2023-07-20T00:39:00+09:00

Some properties can have additional guests by adding an extra futon (5,500 yen per night per futon).
Please refer to the details on each property’s page.

Is there a discount for long stays?2023-07-20T00:17:20+09:00

During the winter season(Dec 1st – March 31st), there is a 20% discount for stays of 14 nights or more.
During the green season (April 1st – Nov 30th), there is a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more.
Unfortunately during the winter season, we do not offer special prices for stays of over 1 months, but please inquire for other seasons. We offer massive discount rates (up to 70% OFF)!!!
