For the Winter Season, with the excitement of having the snow at your doorstep, or for the cool refreshing Summer Season, the two untis in Hakuba Hutch offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people at an affordable price. The units are great for a family with kids, or a group of friends and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in each unit. Each unit has a loft area with 2 large king size beds for up to 4 people

The entry way opens into a lobby area with a shared space between the 2 units that can be used as a dry room for all your gears in winter with heating, and storing your mountain bikes or other equipments in the green season. There is a shower to wash your gears if needed too.
And in this area, there is a washer and a dryer for guests to use with an iron and an ironing board.
The entrance to Unit A is on your left, and to Unit B is on your right. They both have full privacy, so can be booked seperately.
Each entrance opens into a spacious living dining kitchen area.
The kitchen has modern appliances with an IH stove top, grill, microwave, fridge freezer and all the kitchen utensils you will need.
The living room space has a high vaulted ceiling and is furnished with comfy sofas, and the dining room space has a large dining table to gather around for a nice dinner.
There is a bathroom with a full bathtub and standing shower space, vanity and a toilet.
Heading upstairs there is an open mezzanine bedroom area with 2 large king beds for up to 4 guests, clothes racks and a work desk space.
The units are beautifully furnished with plenty of space for everyone to relax and the 2 large heaters on the first floor in each unit makes sure you can stay nice and toasty even on the coldest of nights. Also the air conditioner makes it comfortable to stay in summer too!
Hakuba Hutch has a large flat screen smart TV and Apple TV in each unit.
The entire house has high speed broadband WiFi, perfect for staying connected with your own laptop iPad or smartphone.
It is just a short walk away from Echoland’s shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightlife…and the free snow shuttle to the slopes, departing from the nearby Echoland rotary or the Marriott Hotel for all the major ski resorts: Happo-one, Iwatake, Hakuba47 and Goryu.

About the rate
- minimum number of nights: 3 nights (December-March), 2 nights (April-November)
- Rate for up to 4 ppl. (children and infants included)
- 10% Sales tax is included in the rate.
- 5% Booking fee will be applied to the total accommodation cost.
- Payment method:
For bookings from December to March, payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer in your local currency (The currency will be automatically selected by your home address) by a payment system provided by Flywire, or by PayPal.
From April to November, payments can be made by credit card only. - Damage security pre-authorization:
At check-in, you will be required to sign a credit card pre-authorization form to cover the cost of any damage to the property during your stay.
Payment schedule
- From December to March, 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
From April to November, please register your credit card details at the time of booking, and 10 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount will be charged to the registered card (If your arrival date is within 10 days, we will charge you within a few days of your booking.)
Cancellation Policy
- From December to March, 100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date or earlier (Please note that teh booking fee is non-refundable), 0% refundable if cancelled after.
From April to November, for cancellation after 10 days prior to arrival date, there will be 100% cancellation fee.
