From Tokyo Area

From Airports (Narita/Haneda)

Chuo-taxi

The driver of the van will be waiting for you at the arrival’s gate of the airport with your name sign (3,300 Yen).You can have up to 1 suitcase and 2 bags each without extra charge. (If you have large luggage, please let us know.)

The price is as below:
To/From Haneda Airport
– shared van: 22,000 yen per adult, 8,000 yen per child
– private charter: 102,000 yen per group up to 4 guests
(+ 5,000 yen for the 5th-7th guest)
To/From Narita Airport
– private charter: 102,000 yen per group up to 4 guests
(+ 5,000 yen for the 5th-7th guest)
※No shared van available

In order to book, just inform us with your flight details and number of guests, and we can arrange it for you. (Reservation is required.).You can pay us on arrival at check-in by cash or credit card (5% surcharge).

(We can also arrange return trips, they will pick you up from the house.)

From the Cities

Train <From Tokyo Station or Ueno Station>

Hokuriku Shinkansen (bullet train) to Nagano Station … approx. 1.5 hours
This bullet train can be reserved from below.

Then… <From Nagano station>

Alpico bus or Nagano Snow Shuttle to Hakuba (Happo Bus Terminal) … approx. 75 min

Please refer to below for the bus timetable for Alpico bus.
For season 2024-25, they have reserved and non-reserved bus! Please check the details from the website.

And for the Nagano Snow Shuttle bus timetable, and to reserve this bus, please refer to the below. (Reservation is required.)

※ There is also an option for a private charter with Chuo-taxi (Alphard – 24,410 yen, Hiace – 32,210 yen). Please inquire.

<From Shinjuku Station>

Azusa (express train) to Hakuba Station… approx. 4 hours
This can be reserved from below (all seats on this train are reserved seats).

* Please note that there is only 1-2 Azusa a day that comes all the way to Hakuba Station. If it does not go all the way to Hakuba Station, please get off at Matsumoto Station and change to the Oito line (local train)… for some time periods, you may need to change trains again at Shinano Omachi Station.

Bus <From Shinjuku Bus Terminal>

Alpico Bus (express bus) to Hakuba (Happo Bus Terminal) … approx. 5 hours

From Airports (Kansai/Chubu)

Train (Please first go to the cities)

Haruka express to Shin Osaka Station … approx. 1 hour
This can be reserved from below.

Meitetsu μ-SKY express to Nagoya Station … approx. 40 minutes
This can be reserved from below.

From the Cities

Train <From Shin Osaka Station>

Tokaido Shinkansen (bullet train) to Nagoya Station… approx. 50 minutes
This bullet train can be reserved from below.

Then… <From Nagoya station>

Shinano (express train) to Matsumoto Station… approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Then… <From Matsumoto station>

Oito line (local train) to Hakuba Station … approx. 1 hours 40 minutes

* For some time periods, you may need to change trains again at Shinano Omachi Station.
Also if you are lucky, you may be able to transfer to Azusa (express train) or Resort View Furusato instead.
