2. Free Ski Shuttle bus bound for Happo/Goryu/47/Iwatake/Tsugaike/Norikura/Kashimayari/Jiigatake
   ※The buses for Kashimayari and Jiigatake run to and from Shinano Omachi Station.
   ※Please also note that these are only for skiiers and snowboarders.

~Latest news for the winter season 2024-25 ~
Uber has decided to come to Hakuba!!!
This winter, you will be able to use your Uber app to arrange taxis.
Uber will be working with all the local taxi companies in Hakuba.
We are hoping that this will greatly improve the guest’s experience :)

~ AT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT ~

For customers that are not coming by car, we offer complimentary pick up service from the Hakuba Train Station or the Happo Bus Terminal. (If you need pick up from a different place in Hakuba, please try asking us.)
Just let us know
 – which bus or train you will be taking
 – the number of guests arriving at that time
 – the amount of luggage you have with you
and our staff will meet you to take you to the property for check-in.

Complimentary drop-off service to the Hakuba Train Station or the Happo Bus Terminal is offered at check-out too.

However, please note that this will be offered on a first-come first-served basis and this needs to be arranged at the latest by noon (12:00pm) on the day before your arrival or departure. Also, this service is offered at check-in/check-out only during our check-in/check-out hours (15:00-20:00pm/8:00-10:00am), and it will be only one pick up/drop off per booking, plus we may have to do several runs per check-in depending on the number of guests and the amount of luggage you have.

~ FOR GROCERY SHOPPING ~

We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to get to the supermarkets for guests without a car.
– Please note that this service is an on demand service offered between 15:00-20:00pm everyday. You can book from the day before you want to go. Please inquire.
* Please understand that this service will only be available when our staff and cars are available from other work. Please be flexible.
– We can stay with you for max. 1 hour. If you need more time, we will drop you off, and please call us when you need pick-up.

We can book a car for you with the following car rental company.

To book with Kibeje Car Rentals, just let us know which car + when (date/time) you need the car.

The car will be delivered to the house, and also they will come and pick up the car from the house on departure!

You will need your international driver’s license to drive in Japan.

They will require 20% deposit payment to secure your booking,
and please pay the remaining balance on your arrival at check-in by cash,
or pre-pay before your arrival by credit card from the secure link we can send you.
